Terms of Service

Welcome to Aura Jungle ("we", "us", the "Service"), available at aurajungle.club. By using the Service or buying Aura you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What Aura Jungle is (and what Aura is not)

Aura Jungle is an entertainment project: a public leaderboard where brands purchase "Aura" to climb ranking positions. Aura is a cosmetic number. It has no monetary value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn, earns nothing, and is not a currency, security, investment, or store of value. The only thing a purchase does is increase a brand's position and visual effects on this website, and include an outbound link to the brand's site.

2. Purchases and billing

Aura is sold in packs: 1,000 Aura for $420 USD, tax inclusive. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle provides customer-service inquiries for orders, handles applicable taxes, and its Checkout Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. Aura is credited automatically the moment payment clears.

3. How the ranking works

• Brands rank by total Aura, highest first. Ties favor the earliest first payment.
• Ranks change in real time whenever anyone buys Aura. A position is never guaranteed and can be lost the moment a rival buys more.
• Anyone may purchase Aura for any listed brand. A brand's presence or position on the leaderboard does not imply that the brand itself made the purchase, endorses the Service, or is affiliated with us.
• Ranks 1–5 receive tiered visual effects. Effects may change over time.

4. Brand submissions

When you add a brand you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to submit the name, logo, and website you provide, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on the Service. You may not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or explicit. We may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, including in response to trademark or other complaints — rights holders can write to support@aurajungle.club and we will respond promptly. Removal of a listing for breach of these terms does not entitle the purchaser to a refund from us (see the Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms).

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no attempts to manipulate crediting, exploit bugs, probe or overload our infrastructure, or use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access and void Aura obtained through abuse.

6. Refunds and reversals

Aura is delivered instantly. Refund requests are handled per our Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the corresponding Aura is automatically removed and the ranking recalculated.

7. Changes to the Service

Aura Jungle is an experiment. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any visual effect, rule, or feature) at any time. Because Aura has no monetary value, its display on the Service is the entire benefit of a purchase, delivered in full at the time of purchase.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us through the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
